  4. Made + delivered

    10x12s take about 2 weeks and big canvases 2 to 3 weeks. When yours is finished, the other 50% is due, then it ships to you or is ready for pickup.

Policies + FAQ

How does ordering a custom canvas work?

Send me your idea through the canvas request form. I'll send back a quote made just for your piece. Once you love it, a 50% deposit saves your spot in line and I get to work!

How do I pay?

Once you approve your quote, I'll email you a secure invoice through Stripe. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Cash App Pay or Klarna (Klarna lets you split it into smaller payments). Ready-made minis are paid at checkout when you buy.

Is my deposit refundable?

Your 50% deposit reserves your spot and covers your supplies, so it's non-refundable.

When is the rest due?

The other 50% is due when your canvas is finished, before it ships or is picked up.

How long does a canvas take?

10x12 canvases take about 2 weeks. Big canvases (24x20 and 30x30) take 2 to 3 weeks.

Can I rush my order?

Yes, on big canvases! A rush order is +$200. Put your date in your request and I'll let you know if I can make it happen. Rush isn't available on 10x12 canvases or minis.

How much is shipping?

Custom canvases ship at the actual cost for your order, added to your quote. Minis ship for a flat $8, or you can pick up free in Tulsa.

Can I pick up my canvas?

Yes! Local pickup is available in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Just choose "Pickup in Tulsa" on your request and we'll set up a time.

What if my canvas arrives damaged?

Send me a photo of the damage and I'll replace it. You're covered!

Can I customize a ready-made mini?

Minis come exactly as pictured, with no add-ons or changes. Want something made just for you? A custom canvas is the way to go!

Meet Lenzie. The heart behind both brands

Hey y’all! My name is Lenzie Berry, and I’m a 25-year-old artist and graphic designer. I was born and raised in South Louisiana, where art, culture, and good food are the driving forces behind just about everything we do.

I’ve always leaned toward the creative side of life and heavily rejected anything that had to do with “real school,” as I liked to call it. Growing up, my parents always encouraged me to sharpen my gifts, embrace my creativity, and simply create.

Which worked out pretty well because when 16-year-old me decided she wanted to get a job, my parents responded with, “You’re too talented to work for anyone else.”

And just like that, LA Lettering was born! Little did 16-year-old me know that one small step would lead to so much more in the years to come.

Fast-forward to 2019, when I packed my bags and moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma, to attend Oral Roberts University and pursue a degree in graphic design. During my four years at ORU, I fell in love with Tulsa (and my husband, lol) and ended up putting down permanent roots.

I love designing, bringing ideas to life, and making a house feel like a home. Truly, if it involves creating something beautiful, you can count me in. From graphic design to art to interiors and just about everything in between, I love it all.
